Orders
Kuboid GmbH accepts orders submitted by post, fax or e-mail. Orders placed by telephone must subsequently be confirmed in writing. A legally valid signature is required for all orders. In the case of orders placed via our online shop, the submission of the ordering data is the equivalent of a written order with a legally binding signature. |

Prices and discounts
The range of products on offer is subject to change without notice. All prices include value-added tax in Switzerland but packaging and shipping costs are additional. Deliveries to foreign countries are subject to the customs costs in line with the applicable import regulations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs
Packaging materials are charged at cost price along with the postage costs. Detailed shipping prices can be found under Versandinfo. Shipping is free to door from an order value of CHF 1.000.–
/ EUR 646.– upward, except for express deliveries. You are also welcome to collect the ordered goods yourself, in this way saving the shipping costs. |

Modes of payment
As a general rule we ask for advance payment before dispatching products (bank transfers possible from Switzerland, the EU and the rest of the world). Exceptions to this rule can be made only by prior agreement with Kuboid GmbH, and will require payment of invoices within 20 days of date of invoice and receipt of goods. |

Bank transactions
Please refer to our invoice or order-confirmation e-mail for our account details. If ordering via our online shop, the stipulated online payment mode (currently PayPal) and arrangements apply. Until further notice credit card payments can be accepted only in conjunction with PayPal. |

Delivery
As a general rule and contingent upon availability, products will be dispatched within one week of receipt of order and payment. |

Damage to deliveries
All goods are transported at the recipient’s risk. In the case of any damage during transport, even if initially not recognizable or visible, the recipient must request an immediate report from the delivery firm. These steps are essential for ensuring prompt reimbursement or, if necessary, a replacement. |

Complaints
Any complaints must be made within one week of taking delivery of the goods. |

Revocation and return
Orders can be revoked only in exceptional circumstances and provided the order has not yet been processed Returned goods will be accepted only by prior agreement. |

Liability
No liability can be accepted for loss or damage of any kind unless resulting from intent or gross negligence. |

Data privacy and confidentiality
Since the security of data traffic cannot be ensured absolutely, no liability will be assumed for damages resulting from any such violations. However, Kuboid GmbH undertakes not to pass on customer data to third parties. For the transfer of personal data, we deploy SSL encryption using 128-bit encryption strength, provided the customer′s browser supports the latter. This precaution guarantees in principle that the corresponding data cannot be read by unauthorised parties. |

Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall be applicable to all disputes concerning Kuboid GmbH and all services it offers, in particular in regard to orders placed via its online shop. The place of jurisdiction shall be Basel, Switzerland, unless a different legal venue is stipulated by law. |
